Truepaint quake 3's paintball mod has been working at a very fast pace lately and has had a lot of updates. One of the main things lately has been the creation of the map object paintball (bunkers). We now have 3 styles complete (Dorito, Pill, Xballon) with many more to come. Wow, the detail work on those is mighty fine. I thought I was looking at Half-Life 2 models until read your blurb.
so is that a compliment to the power of the Q3A engine or a small smack at the power of the Source engine? :)
this game is looking nice. Wonder how it will compare to the other paintball mods/games out there (digital paint for Q2 comes to mind). If this is a fun game i wouldn't mind paying ~$5 for it (you can charge since it's built off the GPL, as long as you don't use the Q3A assets).
